Labour's latest attack on welfare is a disgraceful assault on the dignity of the sick and disabled. If the government really wanted to crack down on people "gaming the system", they would go after tax dodgers hoarding our country's wealth.

It's always been the case - "signing on" means signing a declaration that you're available for work. If you refuse, you don't get paid as you've declared you're unavailable.
