Same. That’s why I like @11ty.dev. It felt like a natural evolution from Jekyll for people who prefer JavaScript to Ruby. @lume.land should also get a mention here as it has many similar traits to @11ty.dev and some nice technical design around plugins. It lives in the @deno.land ecosystem.
