GW Bush sat idly by as his brother Jeb, then Gov. of FL, appealed to the Supreme Court to stop our ballot count over the, invented, "hanging chad." Had GW respected the Constitution, and voters, he would never had allowed the S.C. to stop FL's ballot count. Btw, Gore would have won.
