and the thing is, not knowing things is not inherently bad. the difference is in how you resolve that. if you ask critical questions, try to formulate a solution on your own, etc, that is showing a level of intelligence already. but if you just ask claude/chatgpt/grok/etc, you're a fucking idiot.

i really don't think it should be quite as shocking as it is to have a general feeling that the slop machine sucks regardless of what it is doing ... but the gaslighting is apparently working. it's gotten to the point where i almost want to stop doing the things i have enjoyed for over a decade.
