Basically the deal is you pay fuck all for podcasts, mostly, and if you want them, then the podcast maker has to find a way to make money as work isn't free. So shut up and enjoy your shit podcast show.

I’d say the real commercial value is in the last 5% and I’m not sure AI can help you much at all with that. It’s a lot of small tweaks from long conversations, experimentation, and user research that makes the experience “delightful” and gets you all the benefits of word-of-mouth recommendations

The thing with AI assisted development is that it gets you to 80% finished fast, but the last 20% is where the value is and that takes a lot more time and effort that AI can’t speed up anywhere near as fast as that first 80%. People who haven’t built real products do not understand that at all.
