Nice. Love Save Our Spoons. We were always taught Save Our Souls but there's arguments for and against. The main one taught, when wanting to replace CQD the decision to favour SOS was made because it was easily recognised by the Morse pattern. It stood for Save Our Souls, but the Morse clinched it.

“Surely you can just go into a home?” First, care homes are not easy to find, especially for young people with complex chronic illness. Second, when did people start jumping right to institutionalizing disabled people again? We both want & deserve to live independently for as long as possible
