Show PostAfter Tennessee talks about efforts to preserve evidence in a "collaborate process," the judge responds: "Efforts are different than an order from the court." There is also discussion of separate fed'l litigation—of which Pike isn't a part—that does place requirements on Tenn Dep't of Correction.
Show PostThis matters today because it is a part of assuring/convincing the judge that she could have jurisdiction under the current complaint without a new case needing to be filed.
