A picture someone drew of the same, Not crime. If a real-life living creature wasn't at risk of harm, then there is no crime happening.

what people who think bans are okay keep willfully pretending isn't really case is crimes are already illegal. Images that are crimes are prosecutable. Images made by artists that give you the ick are not crimes. If the ick is enough for you to be okay with banning art, you're a fascist.
