Neat! I think you could make both styles work for the project. That being said, the yellow for sure has a more mature visual vibe than the green. I would pick the yellow! Cheers from a fellow pixel artist and sometimes dev 😊

The chunky round trees and the little snails in the after shot are such a nice upgrade. Yellow slime gets my vote, it pops more on that grass.
