The only negative interaction I have noticed is that either medication gives me some nausea and the couple of days after my GLP-1 dose the nausea is quite bad for the first few hours where my adhd medication is kicking in. That’s decreased but not completely the longer I’ve been on GLP-1s.

That accelerated the weight loss significantly and I’m down about 100 lbs from my heaviest. For ADHD symptoms generally, I haven’t noticed huge interactions between the GLP-1s and adhd medication, other than nicotine cravings, and the overlap there is that I was smoking to self medicate for adhd

Sure. So I’m on vyvanse for adhd and max dose mounjaro for type 2 diabetes. WRT weight loss, binging was an issue for me. Vyvanse, which is also prescribed for binge eating disorder, helped with that and I started to lose weight on it before my doc prescribed mounjaro a year later.
