Proud of myself for keeping up with streaming into the third week. It is hard but fulfilling. My prep wasn't as tight as usual today, but I will get better with it.

I was inspired to try streaming again by Ludwig's class at streamer university this year. When he said that you only need 10 average viewers to be in the top 10% of streamers, it blew my mind. We've had more than that every stream so far.

I tend to err on the side of freedom, but I've got no ideological stake in providing hormone therapy over the counter or any other scheme. I want trans people to be given the best possible care, care that supports their thriving emotionally, physically, heck throw in spiritually as well.

As always, I look at medical transition through a pragmatic. The treatment should be guided by the best outcomes for the patients. Prove requiring therapy improves outcomes for all patients (factoring in any who may drop out due to cost, inability to take time off, etc) and I'm on board.
