When I moved from Herts to Suffolk/Norfolk border it was a complete culture shock. Like stepping back to the 1950s let alone 60s and 70s. I've met women who've never voted and people who've rarely been out of East Anglia. They hate the Eastern Europeans who've kept the agricultural industry going.
