Of course! Yeah, I especially want to read Yiyun Li’s Things in Nature Only Grow. Agreeed. We need more time to acknowledge and repair from the loss, not just lives lost, but of shared spaces in community and the ways in which we still contribute to making those spaces inaccessible to many.

I read an enlightening blogpost the other day on how “after the pandemic,” we were all just expected to go back to work/life as “normal” as if nothing had happened, without any period of mourning. It made many other insightful points, but my main takeaway was this: grieve. Grief is also resistance.
