I'm only suspected here, but executive dysfunction is probably it with me. I'm also not sure if my anxiety/depression/insomnia is also from it, but the insomnia used to get so bad I'd have hallucinations and just kinda end up feeling drunk with overtiredness.

most hospitals mix anyway because there's limited bed space anyway and it's never even between genders, so what's really going to happen is that all trans people are just gonna be put down the corridors or random places.

So what's going to happen is that trans women will be put on men's wards, and trans men, well they can't go in the women's because that will make women uncomfortable, but if they put them in the men's then they have to concede putting trans women in the women's. Except-

really do have to wonder if my back the way it is because of when work replaced the chairs for some really cheap ones, and people kept swapping them, so it was impossible to keep one that you adjusted for yourself. i remember waking up one say and couldn't move, and i've not been good since.

i really do want to get back into streaming, but i just can't guarantee i can even last two hours before i run out of juice. it doesn't help my pc is nearly 7 years old at this point and it's really feeling it.
