CW: suicide one year ago tonight, I tried to end it. i have been so depressed and sad over my 25 year marriage ending and i wasn’t coping very well. i am posting this to let you know that it does, slowly, get better. things aren’t perfect, some days still hurt too much, but grateful i am here. ❤️‍🩹
