Then why call out the trans woman in particular? Do you think she's spent a long time campaigning for emergency wards to be single sex (presumably pushing trans and intersex people into the ward that aligns with their sex assigned at birth)?

Ok, yes I do think she wants to ban trans people from both mixed and single sex wards. I don't know how she thinks that'll work, it's not my responsibility to explain her bullshit. What do you think she means by that tweet?

On the basis of her implied views, I either think she does or that she hasn't bothered to think through the implications of what she's saying. Either are pretty troubling! It's baffling you seem pretty determined to argue her doubling down on a clear implication should be taken as meaning nothing.
