At Labour conference I asked Emily Thornberry, who’d just explained she hated Twitter, why she couldn’t quit. “I’m on Twitter because journalists pick it up. If I put it on Twitter they pick it up. If I put it on other platforms, they don’t.” Which is prob true and a challenge for politicians!

Thanks for the care. Still can't find work that allows me to pay rent because people like that are loud and running the companies. It is getting to be too much for all of us trans folk. Some of us have left already. More will leave if all this keeps up.

I am more than mad... almost crying... that someone just casually said I am not worth it. How the actual fuck can I want to live in this world when assholes like this just dismiss people like me because we are not a large enough group. I can't even pay rent and he is likely very comfortable.
