And according to this report, they still don't require officers to update the system when they discover "probative evidence that an individual may be a U.S. citizen." As far as I had read previously- his father took him out of school to home school when he was young. His father died and the step mother continued with the abuse. There should be follow up for anyone homeschooled to be sure they are on par with their peers and for a well check in general
