“her contract is an agreement between two parties” arent all contracts? “she did not work regular hours or location” so are ppl who work online not employees? they dont work at regular locations “she was shared an amount of profit/paid taxes as business income” arent these just technicalities?

the justifications for their decision is so stupid. “an employee is a person who does labour to earn wages” is that not what an idol does? they record music and do performances to bring income to the company. ig income is not the same as wages, but really?

they dont view idols as human beings with rights when it comes to their work environment, they view them as products that companies can manage in whatever way they want. that sets a bad precedent for any future idol having issues with their company
