Day 7 of #the100dayproject Nature Journaling experience led by Melinda Nakagawa. Blind contour drawing (looking at subject, not paper). She suggests that writing on a page you've drawn on makes it less 'precious,' helps relesae perfectionism & relax into connecting with nature. #artbreaksrules

Day 4 of #The100DayProject and I pulled out the travel watercolors and an ink pen. This is based on a tutorial I followed last year, but I decided to - pun intended - wing it. Next time I'd vary the colors more, but overall a fun mental break. ❤️
