Only 6% of MPs are not on X. I am one of them. I chose to step away from a platform that is increasingly fuelling division and radicalisation in our country. We deserve better spaces for debate, and I hope more colleagues will follow and help rebuild healthier conversations.

More than happy to be part of the 6%. A site powered by Elon Musk and his algorithms is not one where I see value in spending my time. No criticism of @edhodgsoned.bsky.social of course. I hope in time, the growth of BlueSky means he'll see value in doing a similar project over here.
