didn’t practice the full week nursing something with his knee. I’d imagine it’s more that than an actual benching.

Adding to this by noting that the chili was good and that I got another wonderful night’s sleep. I woke up, had a cup of tea and started a couple hours of walking on a wonderfully crisp morning in my pretty neighborhood. I’m now enjoying a great breakfast at a newish place. Best two days in a while.
