I think this is interesting because our ancestors’ diets also varied depending on location and food availability. There probably wasn’t one single “caveman diet,” so it may be difficult to compare their eating patterns directly with modern dietary guidelines. @BEH353 #BEH353

You made a great point about focusing on the food itself rather than the nutrition facts:) 24 hour recall made me realize that remembering what we ate is only one part of understanding our diet. Looking at portion sizes and nutrients could give us a much clearer picture. @beh353 #beh353
