#simonstares at a plate of "Ragu Bolognese" @hermonsla. This restaurant describes itself as a "Neighborhood Restaurant " which is true with all the dishes being fairly standard. But, they are all very well done indeed and if I lived or worked around there they would see me very often.

Show Post#simonstares I apologize to all for being away for a week. To make up for it here it is a wonderful gift from the chefs @montagebigsky last weekend after my demo. Sourdough bread, with cultured butter and caviar. Very, very nice indeed.
