In my younger days I worked plainclothes security for a major department store. Most of my coworkers were ex cops or wannabes. Primary use of security cameras at registers was to look down shirts of female cashiers

This isn't about Flock this is about generic LEO abuse. Give LEO police cars they use them for private purpose. Give police cell phones they use them to play candy crush. Give police weapons they use them on family.
