It IS THE LEGAL SYSTEM that's FAILING. #SCOTUS says the Constitution's "But Congress may..." is meaningless, the right "to petition the Government for redress of grievances" doesn't apply, Courts can decide law WITHOUT READING THE LAW, SCOTUS can ignore "Cases ... in which a State [is] a Party, etc.

Agreed 100% with what she is saying. The issue these days, imo, is that we need to see the people that we hired start to do the work we hired them to do. I am not arguing sides. I am arguing rebuilding trust in our government by the people is the only way big blocks get moved.
