I used to like him, and he has done much good. His news website is still good. But as a board member of a "decentralized" (lol) social media platform, he seems to bask in the glory of non-responsibility.

I haven't verified this tech, but if it's real, this is BUCK wild! These new surveillance tools available to police willy-nilly drive a stake through personal privacy: Flock geo-locating your car, and now this? In the wrong hands (like rogue police, which are plentiful), what could go wrong?

AI is advancing rapidly, and strong safeguards are essential to protect privacy, safety, and the public interest. Tech companies should be held accountable, and clear rules must ensure innovation benefits everyone—not just those at the top. Congress needs to take this responsibility seriously.
