I can't speak for women but what I see on the left is a guy who takes decent care of himself but otherwise doesn't fret about it, and what I see on the right is a guy who is in the gym all the fucking time and talks about it when he isn't.

Turns out that the description in the blog isn't accurate - it was actually a researcher posting before and after pictures of *someone else* and then polling men and women on which they preferred. So ... never mind
