Where does that say she worked specifically as a lawyer? Under California law, the “holding out” IS the unauthorized practice of law.

Hi, California lawyer here, Kathryn is right that holding oneself out to the public as a lawyer is UPL, and that includes calling yourself general counsel. And while I can’t comment on your case, AI drafted lawsuits are universally terrible and a great way to get sanctioned by the court.
