If you've been paying any attention you knew this was coming and you know where it's going. Don't despair, don't panic, get prepared. If you're reading this you already know about DIY and probably take that knowledge for granted. A lot of people still don't know about it and you can help them.

I cannot stress enough how important DIY HRT is, gender services are not set up to help you and they will not help you. You will never be the CoRrEcT kInD oF tRaNnY for them and even if you are they will steal years of your life in return for subpar care delivered poorly.
