Logically I understand that it’s been six years since the launch of the PS5 and Series X so it makes sense for talk of next gen consoles. But also like even if you disregard the absurd electronic prices these days, it just doesn’t feel like consoles games have done anything to necessitate an upgrade

Like I wouldn’t call the shift from PS4 to PS5 the most ground breaking change, but at least by the end of my PS4’s life cycle I could see the ways it would struggle with framerate and textures and would turn into an airplane jet. But I’ve truly yet to feel like I’ve hit the limits with my PS5
