had to go in for an MRI a bit ago and had the option to listen to music during it. unfortunately the way this played out was, the nurse asked "okay what kind of music do you like?" and I just completely stalled out and the only thing I could think of was "uhhhhhhh I like They Might Be Giants?"

Spotify does this to me. Doesn't matter what I listen to, 70% of the playlists it recommends have titles like "Teen rock black eyeliner monday evening" or "divorced dad baggy pants rebellion thursday night" and I'm like please... I listened to a handful of nostalgic nu metal ONE TIME, have mercy.
