A year ago, I was TERRIFIED and crying over the mere thought of queueing up for a CT alliance raid (even with a FULL party of friends). Today, I queued for AR roulette SOLO, got Puppets' Bunker and am so fucking proud of myself. I've come so far. I'm squealing with joy!!! 😭💕

Most of all I was very excited to see how much other people love their chocobos too, and got to hear a lot of sweet stories about names inspired by beloved pets, feather color attempts missing the mark that you liked better than your original goal, and little personality quirks you locked into lore.

My activity was a pretty simple one: if you came to my table, I wanted to know the name of your chocobo, and what color they are. I collected a LOT of data in this "citizen science" project, and I will process it to see what's the most common color category other than yellow, & other such things!

Hello new friends from GATEway! I'm Zin, you likely saw me talking about birds at the Studium Science Fair (except when @silverfauna.bsky.social stepped in so I could eat/see a panel❤️). I'm either a FSH or DRK main, I help out with Fruity Snacks' events, and I like birds a completely normal amount.
