It's terribly policy that deliberately fails to understand how employment works. It's taking from our poorest citizens to throw money at the very rich. It's intentional harm, for no reason other than desperately trying to remain in power. It's gross and repugnant policy making.

All of this to carve out a so-called "saving" of $580M over 4 years. Barely anything in the scheme of things. And it won't be a "saving" it'll end up costing us five times this in health, justice, crime, mental health, and misery.
