Mark is being modest here. In fact, on the video, he presented a level-headed and sharp critique in defense of the public interest, deeply informed by his own career as an editor at the Chicago Tribune. You might not agree with everything he said, but we are all better off for him saying it.

TL;DR: The corporate media's favorite supreme court "experts" have failed us. We should recognize that the real experts are the people who understood both the situation and the necessary solutions years ago, not those who are continually surprised to find things are worse than they thought.
