I pay my taxes to ensure any family going through something similar to what we went through is covered and protected. And hopefully their kid can have the best care possible and survive. Health care for your family should not depend of your access to money.

My very serious tax positivity take and the reason I proudly pay taxes in Canada every year is that when our son was born with a congenital problem and teams of doctors rushed to help and try to address what was happening and he, unfortunately, died, we did not have to pay one cent.
