Boomer here. We certainly didn't get to pay that low amount for a house. Our first house way back in 1987 was 120,000. With help from hubby's parents. My son can't get into the market for that and we can't help him because our wages were too low to be able to help. He can sell the house when we die.

Boomers didn’t steal from the Soc Sec Trust Fund, Set the income tax cap at 184,000. Change tax laws so that the rich pay their share corporations pay their fair share. The alternative is you do away with Social Security and let boomers starve, get sick, homeless, and … die.

Also, I’ve been working since I was 16. My SS, will barely pay 1/2 my rent. I lost my overpriced home in the crash….so there we go. All boomers is really bullshit….and exhausting

This is so tired. I’m 66, in the same boat as my adult children. One has a degree, because I gave up getting mine. Everyone’s situation is different & the BS -not being offended if it wasn’t true’ - the US has never been great for everyone, EVER, except rich families, that are white & male dominated
