Does Newsom / any other candidate intend to specifically enforce Sections 502B and 620I of the Foreign Assistance Act? Would they promise to sign into law the Block The Bombs Act or deduct from all US assistance to Israel per US dollar that Israel spends on, say, the settlements?

At any rate, US military assistance via FMF should just be straight up eliminated, since Israel is not entitled to free weapons and it is absurd to say otherwise. FMS should also end but this is because Israel violates US law.

All US aid is already technically conditioned on compliance with already existing US arms transfer law— so it doesn’t really mean much to me when a candidate says aid should be conditioned. What are they going to do specifically to enforce those conditions? Biden pointedly did not enforce them.
