Con staff talk to each other. Cons share staff. If you're an ahole at one con, other cons will hear about it. When you're applying to run panels or join staff, people consider whether bringing you on also means bringing drama. So don't be an asshole. It's a very effective networking strategy.

Wow this popped off, so I'm gonna share 3 very important pieces of advice as a thank you: 1- Volunteer for your fav con, they can't run without vol & can't grow without new ideas 2- Don't be an asshole. You get more friends that way. 3- Drink water and stay hydrated so you don't become a raisin.
