First dram in a little while and I've picked a distillery that's close to my heart. Not one regarded as an all-time classic but this Macduff 18 is really rather lovely. The sherry casks have imparted an earthy, almost vegetal, note, resulting in a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Cheers all 🥃
