Ive been really scared about the state of the world for a long time. Its already very common i get thrown racial slurs by strangers in this country and it feels like everything everywhere is escalating so much faster now. Its all very scary but i dont want to lose hope.

ugh I feel you; for whatever reason my adhd meds randomly started giving me awful insomnia and I haven't been able to take it for awhile cuz I'm scared of this happening again 😭 I hope your meds even out and you're able to sleep, hon!!
