Projects move to the capital plan once they reach a certain stage. For the Nanaimo hospital tower, a business plan must come first. Meanwhile, major investments are happening; a new ICU, a high acuity unit and BC Cancer Centre. I’m committed to pushing projects forward for central Vancouver Island.
