Scents are a HUGE problem for me (SPD with super hyperosmia, MCAS, Asthma) and when I finally decide to speak up about it, god are people offended. Like, I can't help that my brain hates smells and spirals into uncontrolled panic at even the tiniest scent. Even ones I like! Nightmare.

We aren't doing the testing, but we have been doing a lot of takeout, and all the time, masking. (& Antihistamines + nose spray + rigging a surgical into a nose-mask at the dentist.)
