I ran through Metroid Dread with a friend this weekend. What a fantastic game.
Show PostThe level of detail and care put into Kirby Air Riders is astounding. It's applying the Smash Ultimate treatment to a much lesser-known franchise, and I'm really impressed. But, will new players care after an overwhelming amount of info spread across 100+ minutes? I'm not sure.
Show PostI had a totally broken build on this run of Emerald Rush and cracked 1 million points. I reached the credits tonight after roughly 7 hours, and the amount that opens up afterwards was really surprising. Fun DLC!
Show PostSeeing a lot of this going around, Emerald Rush is absolutely not "Balloon World but now it's $20." It's Splatoon 3's Side Order, which was also a $20 roguelite mode that came bundled with a nostalgic hub to explore. It's the exact same playbook.
Show PostI know it's not the craziest skip ever, but Bananza is the first game I'm actually interested in sequence breaking and watching speedruns. I'm trying to learn the more advanced techniques, here I skipped a layer with the Ostrich!
