yeah totally understood. There's some non-THC stuff that can help, CBD for inflammation etc, but it looks like the THC does a fair bit of work there overall.
Show PostThere's some research on cannabinoid treatment for PMDD (I keep typing CPDD which is the cannabis research conference my team goes to every year lol) but it does involve slowly going up on THC levels so if that's not your bag it may not be fully effective 😔
