And while it doesn’t really work on me, Trump DOES have some kind of charisma. Any one staffer, cabinet member or Vance saying the shit he does just gets met with blank stares and pity responses.

Yeah at that point you gotta look to “wait don’t we have national defense seizure rules that don’t involve those pesky ‘fair payment’ rules?” Or simply some body of congress demanding a hearing long enough for the drug withdrawals kick in while aiming for perjury. Or whatever other mechanisms exist

next congress needs to establish what happened here, what laws musk broke, and what contracts he violated, because it simply cannot be possible that either the law or his contracts permit him to make national security decisions on the president’s behalf
