The other feature is one I teased a few days ago. Moving to London meant spending a lot of time underground, which meant having no signal, which meant many interactions would time out and fail. So we fixed that with an Activity Queue (Tube Mode wasn't as catchy).

The bar for what users with accessibility needs accept is pretty low. She listed many popular indie apps that she described as barely usable. One of these apps has won multiple Apple Design Awards. As an industry, we still have a lot of work to do.

Incredibly grateful that a blind user found Plinky and took the time to hop on a user research call to see if I could help fix her issues. She said "Plinky is far and away the best bookmarking app for users like me", and the proceeded to walk me through screens that still have room for improvement.
