National Guard soldiers didn't sign up to be deployed as local police indefinitely as part of someone else's political stunt. They're not set up to be local police, they never should have been deployed.

I don’t know that I’d agree with everything here, some people really are faceless bigots for example, but in general yes the point of this algorithmic abuse is division and anger and apathy, the point is stealing joy and ruining things that could bring people together to sow unwarranted conflict.

I mean, that's if you want to overlook: * the fact AI models were trained on stolen art w/o compensation * AI Data Centers rob water/electricity from local communities, driving up cost, & exacerbating environmental problems * invasive data collection that violates privacy laws Then sure I guess.
