Nothing. I literally sit with myself. No phone. I take in the scenery. Sometimes I’ll bring a journal and do some reflection. But I genuinely enjoy time with myself and my inner voice.

I wonder if those of you who struggle are part of the people who apparently don’t have an inner voice. I am so self absorbed when I do my solo things that I don’t give a damn about being awkward. I don’t even think about other people during my me time 😭
