You can now download the spec for ML-KEM over a connection secured with ML-KEM. An honor it shares with I guess SP 800 38D, and, if you change ClientHello, P256. And also RFC 7748, if you want to extend it further. https://csrc.nist.gov/pubs/fips/203/final

The IACR board has put forward a proposal to revamp the publishing of the general conference proceedings for Eurocrypt, Crypto, and Asiacrypt. iacr.org/hybridpropos... I would encourage members to engage in discussion about this on iacr.org/discuss

Do not have time limited peer review, i.e. scrap the conference publication model. Longer papers require longer reviewing.
